client, you will come to a greater awareness
and understanding of your feelings and thoughts through our work together. As you gain insight into how
you conduct your life, possibilities for change emerge. Developing more
positive thoughts and actions can lead to greater connectedness with others,
fewer feelings of alienation and increased capacity for joy. Your
relationships with spouses, friends, family members and co-workers can
improve as you work on the issues that brought you into therapy. |
